How is it that even when I disagree with almost all of your personal choices, you can STILL kick me right in the feelings bone?

Something I don't get about people on TV, just in general.

Why is everyone generally incapable of talking rationally about their feelings? I woke up out of a dead sleep sometime last night and went OMG PAUL WESLEY LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE STEFAN SALVATORE and freaked myself out for a minute before remembering... that's an idiotic thought to have even at 2am, and I went back to sleep.
